The Problem

Hospitals are complex adaptive systems with thousands of interdependent decisions daily. Traditional management approaches can't optimize across clinical outcomes, operational throughput, cost efficiency, staff experience, and patient experience simultaneously.

Our Approach

ARGUS integrates data from EHR, monitors, staffing systems, and real-time location services to build a unified hospital state vector. Specialized AI agents handle specific optimization tasks (flow, scheduling, discharge) while a meta-learning layer continuously improves performance.
